From Ojoto, Anambra State, Dr. Kennedy was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, he is a Nigerian businessman, philanthropist, and real-estate entrepreneur, He is the founder and CEO of Nedcomoaks Limited as well as the Kennedy Okonkwo Programme For Tech Entrepreneurs.
Dr. Kennedy is not just a Real Estate Mogul, he is also a successful businessman, he launched Empowerment Programme for Budding Entrepreneurs, no wonder he won African Achievers Award in 2019, Excellence in Enterprise and Business Innovation in 2019 and Entrepreneur of the Year – Nigerian Entrepreneurs Award 2018.
In 2020, he was a special guest at the 8th edition of the prestigious gahawards which recognizes and celebrates social impacts. His Real Estate company Nedcomoaks has also been nominated in the 9th edition as the “Most Visionary Real Estate of the Year” 2021.
He recently launched his Real Estate project “Capital Gardens Estate” , with great dignitaries such as Oba Elegushi and business mogul, Obi Cubbana, among others were present to witness the flag off.
